“Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we have learned here. The spiritual journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts.” – Marianne Williamson
Shamanic Healing...
Shamans work with spirit to restore balance. This work takes place on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels and is a delicate weaving together of the physical world with the energy and spirits of the invisible world.
As explained in the introduction to shamanism section, we are gifted with a core vitality at birth. Grief and guilt, emotional and physical trauma, and chronic illness can cause dissociation, leaving us weak and vulnerable. In modern society, feelings of separation and disconnect are alarmingly prevalent. This often manifests in the form of depression, loneliness, and destructive patterns that can perpetuate in a vicious circle. Do you feel incomplete? Do you search for fulfillment? Is life a chore? As never before, people are using addiction and harmful distractions to dull the void and pass the time.
Shamanic healing returns what is lost and releases what holds us back. Each session is unique and spirit driven. I have helped people recovering from trauma and those grieving the loss of a loved one to reclaim their lives and move forward. Some clients need help to release negative blockages that have taken on a life of their own and won’t let go. The sacred prescription for healing is infinite, but perhaps the most common and beautiful of all is soul retrieval, the restoration of the fragmented self. My healing work focuses on restoring wholeness and stepping into the present.
Community is important. Clients are encouraged to bring family and friends to healing sessions. A neutral witness can also be organized to attend. Alternatively, please arrange to meet up with those in your inner circle or to walk in nature after your session.
